At the entrance of the medina, in a former almond warehouse, l'Atelier Madada welcomes you under it's stone arches.
In small groups (8 persons maximum) and supervised by our professional team, a cook and a trilingual presenter, come discover the secrets of Moroccan gastronomy and be initiated into the delights of one of the best cuisines in the world.
In a friendly and casual atmosphere, our half-day workshops will teach you how to prepare a full traditional meal that you could then easily reproduce for your friends and family. Tajines, couscous, pastillas or gazelle horns would no longer be a mystery for you.
At the conclusion of the course we will gather in our oriental lounge for the tasting of the prepared dishes. You could then partake of a glass of local wine while savouring the fruit of your work.
Finally after lunch, you can, if you wish, enjoy a walking tour of the souks where you will get plenty more tips on the spices and the local seasonal products.
