Wel­come to l’Atelier Madada

At the entrance of the med­ina, in a for­mer almond ware­house, l’Atelier Madada wel­comes you under it’s stone arches.

In small groups (8 per­sons max­i­mum) and super­vised by our pro­fes­sional team, a cook and a trilin­gual pre­sen­ter, come dis­cover the secrets of Moroc­can gas­tron­omy and be ini­ti­ated into the delights of one of the best cuisines in the world.

In a friendly and casual atmos­phere, our half-​day work­shops will teach you how to pre­pare a full tra­di­tional meal that you could then eas­ily repro­duce for your friends and fam­ily.

Tajines, cous­cous, pastil­las or gazelle horns would no longer be a mys­tery for you. At the con­clu­sion of the course we will gather in our ori­en­tal lounge for the tast­ing of the pre­pared dishes.

You could then par­take of a glass of local wine while savour­ing the fruit of your work.

Finally after lunch, you can, if you wish, enjoy a walk­ing tour of the souks where you will get plenty more tips on the spices and the local sea­sonal prod­ucts.
